The masterplan that will steer the design of Queenslands largest development, the multi-billion-dollar Queens Wharf Brisbane integrated resort development, has been submitted to the Queensland Government for assessment. Key elements include extensive landscaping, pedestrian promenades, and open plazas designed to enhance connectivity and encourage community interaction.
